Main Window

When the Main screen is first displayed, it is collapsed to show only the Profiles panel with its toolbar and profiles list.

From here you can simply select an existing profile and publish. Publishing a profile is done by selecting Publish and then the desired publishing action, or by right-clicking a profile and selecting Publish to and then the desired publishing action.
